We wanted to close the album on a really beautiful and positive note. A strong contrast to the albums somber and dark theme. And just like the dandelion who finds its way through the hard cement, this song emerges through the gloom with a fresh and light vibe. This is one of the very first songs written for this album. I broke my hand while I was ice skating the last winter, and couldn’t play music for a long time. And this song became some kind of rehab for me. I remember staying up playing piano in the middle of the night (Sorry neighbors). And as I came up with the main melody, the rest of the song just wrote itself almost. The extended outro was added a long time after the song was finished. It felt like an cool and unexpected way for us to end the album with a lonely acoustic guitar and some vocals that sums up the whole album nicely.- Linus

Moonlit Sailor has been one of my very first bands I found in the Post Rock universe. I instantly fell in love with the song Hope the very first time I listened it, I just became happy and hopeful straight away, so thanks a lot for that amazing song !! The rest of the album is also very good and does complete the ambiance around this very unique atmosphere ! Simon Bastien

I first heard Pillars when I attended Post. Fest 2018 to hear Heron play (I have 2 talented nephews who are members of that band). I thought the guys in Pillars sounded tight and awesome. This album, CAVUM, just proves even more so that I was correct! My favorites on the album are Dissolution and Black Prayer, but plenty of excellent sounds here! Kenneth Blick
